The Catenian Association

The Catenian Association has been described as “the best kept secret within the Catholic Church”. Our slogan is “strengthening family life through friendship and faith”.

We aim to establish a network of Friends, 

which enhances their Family life, 

strengthens their Faith and 

all while having Fun.

At the same time we aim to sustain/support each other in difficult times.

Membership is open to Catholic men, offering friendship and support throughout their lives. This support extends to their wives (whether Catholic or not) and their children. This continues should a member die, with widows and their dependant children being supported on an ongoing basis.

Circles meet together locally once a month and enjoy a varied programme of social events which aims to cater for all ages and provides an environment in which the friendship and support can flourish.

Brooklands Circle is centred around the Catholic Parishes in Sale, Sale Moor and Timperley and adjacent areas.
